Q: How do I know that what I am buying from Madison Avenue Boutique is 100% Authentic?
A: Madison Avenue Boutique purchases directly from through the same retail distributors that supply many of the top fashion boutiques here in North America and throughout Europe.
Q: Where is Madison Avenue Boutique located and based out of?
A: Madison Avenue Boutique has offices in New York and Miami. Buying offices are located in other parts of North America and Central Europe.
Q: How will I my item be shipped to me?
A: Madison Avenue Boutique ships all items via Express Courier service. We use a variety of carriers including United States Post Office Express, EMS Global Express and Canada Post Expesspost.
Q: Will my package being insured during shipping or should I purchase extra insurance?
A: All packages are shipped including $300 standard insurance for all individual parcels. Additional insurance is recommended and costs only $1.00 for each additional $100 of coverage.
Q: How will I know that my item has been shipped after my payment is made?
A: All items shipped include Tracking information that is emailed directly to the customer once the item is dispatched. This way you can track your package online and follow its delivery from our location to your front door.

A: We have an easy, no hassle return policy. If you do not like your item you may return it up to 30 days after you receive it. Return shipping instructions and details will be emailed to you upon your request. We offer refunds once we confirm receipt of the item.

A: Yes. Madison Avenue Boutique offers multiple purchase discounts when more than one item is purchased. The discount rate depends on which items are purchased. Please inquire for further details if you would like to purchase more than one item at once.
We are also happy to offer FREE shipping for multiple purchases. Example: If you purchase two handbags, your shipping cost is absolutely FREE.
Q: The way I would like to pay for my item is not listed among your payment methods - what can I do?
A: Please inquire by sending us an email and we would be happy to accommodate the payment method of your choosing if it is feasible for us.
